It is my personal belief that spirit guides and angels have always been in my life. My "main" spirit guide was with me consistently until I was twenty and I could see him like a "real" entity in front of me with form and structure, but angels have always been in the light, the air, the elements, and all around and even in me - throughout me - that's how I feel and sense them. Only once, in my mid-twenties - did I see an archangel in their form while in an in-between dream state. I needed healing very badly at the time.
